Our trainees are the backbone of our company. Every year Broetje-Automation welcomes young, motivated talents and trains them according to demand. This enables, with a motivated work ethic, a takeover in our dedicated team.
The training to become a specialist in the areas of electrics, assembly, warehouse and on a commercial level takes place in close practical contact and on-the-job, to offer the most varied and interesting training possible. As a newcomer, you will work and learn all the important areas of your field of interest for 3 years and have the opportunity to work on our exciting projects right from the start.

Are you interested in commercial and business management tasks in an internationally operating medium-sized company? In this case an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Broetje-Automation is exactly the right thing for you! You will pass through several departments and get to know the company from different perspectives. You can develop your skills in communication, planning and organization and lay the foundation for your future career.
In addition, we support further training to become a European Business Management Assistant for those who are interested. There you will focus on international marketing and international business processes.

Are you interested in the manufacturing and assembly of machine components? An apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic is a good choice! With your contribution to the assembly of components and entire machines and systems, you are a fundamental part of the “Factory of the Future”.
Maintenance, servicing, and identifying and eliminating the causes of malfunctions are all part of our good service – and your new working environment. In this way, you will not only ensure happy customers and work on state-of-the-art machines, but also acquire a broad and future-proof technical know-how.
When you see a control box, do your fingers itch? Then an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering could be right for you! Here you are very close to the equipment for the Factory of the Future and breathe life into it, because without electronics nothing works in mechanical engineering.
During your training, you will learn to install, commission, maintain and, if necessary, repair electronic parts of the systems. This includes, among other things, control systems and power supply systems, but also communication and lighting technology.
Are you interested in handling goods and are smooth processes your thing? Then apply to us for an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist. In this training, the focus is on handling goods and materials. Because for the Factory of the Future, the right materials and items are needed at the right time to manufacture our complex products.
This includes receiving, checking, loading and shipping goods as well as proper storage and digital management. You also put together deliveries and tour plans – so that the goods are in the right place at the right time. After all, someone must keep track of everything.
Are you interested in technical topics and good at analytical thinking? Then you might be interested in our training as an IT specialist for data and process analysis. Here you will create data-based solutions for digital production and business processes, prepare the analyzed data visually and work with our IT specialists to optimize digital business models. During your training, you will dive into exciting topics with our specialists right from the start and get to know the digital world from a different perspective.
Are you interested in digitalization in detail and you think it’s exciting to get to know the interfaces between IT and production more closely? In this apprenticeship, you can expect to optimize digital processes at the IT level. You will be involved in the various projects right from the start and learn on the job what the digital networking of machines and systems in our company means and thus get to know the Factory of the Future at its core.
