Precise and high-quality processes and procedures are at the heart of our automated production solutions. In interaction with our machines and industrial applications, they lead to highly technological processes and thus to a reliable production.
From pure process technologies to operational tooling and process integration to the digital consolidation of all components, Broetje-Automation connects all aspects of the production process and offers suitable solutions for every area.
Our diverse solutions from NC machines to robot-based systems offer different possibilities for industrial applications such as sanding, sealing, drilling, riveting, automated fiber placement as well as individually adapted processes to customer requirements.
We are the reliable partner for process controlled applications!
Aircraft structure assembly requires clean shopfloor organization, part protection and equipment requirements around the main assembly processes. This range of specially designed lifting devices, equipment and protection helps our customers to better master the manufacturing work and organization in the secondary processes of assembly and component protection. In the factory of the future, every tool, every piece of equipment has its place to enable more efficient, ergonomic work.
Digital implementations bring our systems to life and offer a wide range of useful applications for our customers. Our experienced Software engineers bring innovative know-how and new developments to life for an efficient and time-saving use of data. As digitalization is the main part of automation, we are able to manage the data implementation of whole line programs in case of interconnectivity as well as digital twin applications in real time and nc-machine data for the Factory of the Future.
Broetje-Automation GmbH has delivered its highly innovative STAXX One Automated Fiber Placement Robot to the Composite Technology Center / CTC GmbH (An Airbus Company) in Stade, Germany. This advanced and automated fiber deposition system will be used in conjunction with the CTC and Airbus teams to create ecologically efficient and innovative composite structures, in support of a more sustainable future of mobility.
In early March 17 participants from Germany and Switzerland gathered in Northern Germany for the annual user exchange on Broetje-Automation’s offline programming system SOUL OLPS. At the headquarter of Broetje-Automation in Rastede, Germany the NC programming experts shared insights and experiences with the system in the daily industrial application. The SOUL software suite offers simple and efficient machine programming and operation with numerous appreciated features such as real-time machine simulation or advanced programming strategies.
