This year’s event was hosted by Broetje-Automation, which welcomed numerous guests from business, politics and society.

Keynotes between Entrepreneurship and gastronomy

After the welcome by the acting mayor of the municipality of Rastede, Lars Krause, exciting keynote speeches were the focus of the evening. Lutz Neugebauer, Managing Director of Broetje-Automation, then spoke about the development of the company as well as the importance of innovative technologies and regional cooperation. The round of lectures was concluded by Irmin Burdekat, founder of the Cafe & Bar Celona Group, who gave personal insights into his entrepreneurial career and the development of a successful gastronomy concept. Under the title “Who becomes what, becomes a landlord – who misses that, remains a guest”, he inspired the audience with a humorous and inspiring presentation of his entrepreneurial experiences and his view of opportunities, courage and success.

Networking and Exchange

Following the presentations, the guests took the opportunity to eat together and network intensively. In a pleasant atmosphere, numerous discussions arose about current economic developments, challenges and opportunities for the region.
