4-Axis Fiber Placement Machine

The STAXX BOX is a robust standalone 4-Axis Fiber Placement Machine that integrates our standardized single tow end effector with a rotable layup table in the smallest installation space.

With its condensed design it can be comfortably relocated and is an ergonomic and user friendly system ready for production. This compact, flexible and easy to use automated fiber placement machine is ideally suited for the automated production of small composite parts at low cost.

  • Controlled Heating unit with infrared emitter, diode laser or flash-lamp
  • Material flexibility: Any given width from 1/8‘‘ width up to 2‘‘ (50,08 mm)
